ABOUT US

Hanro and Yolanda Roetz are a husband and wife team heading up an Internal and External

Auditing Consultancy based in Gauteng.

We have been consulting and auditing in the food and packaging industry for the past 9 years in

which we have done over a 1000 certification food audits (external contracted auditor for

certification companies).

We have designed, implemented, trained, maintained and continuously improved more than 50

different businesses’ Food Safety Management Systems.

We custom design and write food safety and quality systems for each client. No two businesses are

the same and we do not have a one size fits all system.

We pride ourselves in creating a custom designed program to benefit each client.

We have performed numerous internal audits in preparation for certification audits.  

Both of us are certified ISO 22000 LEAD AUDITORS registered at SAATCA and RABQSA. Yolanda

Roetz is a certified Integrated Business Management Systems ISO Lead Auditor as well as

Corporate Social Responsibility Practitioner.

EXTERNAL AUDITING CONSULTING INTERNAL AUDITING

We have clients from all aspects of the food and packaging industry – Smoked trout,

chicken/Beef/Lamb abattoirs, soft drinks manufacturing, and food contact packaging PET

bottles /packing material, RTE and processed meats, deli meats, bakery, confectionary,

milling (wheat & maize) and biltong.

Yolanda Roetz specialises in the consulting area – IBMS Systems, Retail and Training.
